Stephanie Weymouth

 

Stephanie Weymouth is an actor, singer, playwright, and educator based in New York.  She received her BA in theatre from Drew University, and her masters in teaching theatre in 2015 from Drew's Caspersen School of Graduate Studies.  Stephanie received the Norman Wettstein Memorial Prize in Theatre Arts for Acting in 2014. 

Her most recent acting credits include acting in the New Jersey One Minute Play Festival, Rosina in Down Neck by Pia Wilson, Kris/ Singer in "New Ark" by Cinthya Pizzaro, and Janine in "Fixed" by David Lee White.  While at Drew, Stephanie best credits included The Balladeer in The Gospel at Colonus, Lady Bracknell in The Importance of Being Earnest, and William Barfeé in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.  

As a playwright, Stephanie’s original play, Linked, was performed as part of Drew’s main stage season in 2014. 

Stephanie works as a teaching artist throughout NY and NJ.  She is also an alumnae of Cape Harmony, Cape Cod's professional all female a cappella group, and a current member of a new female a cappella group, Polaeris.
